I assume you watched the video of Rafael Sanchez above. If not, you really need to do that. It will take less than 3 minutes. Watch that. Then, let me tell you the rest of that story...
We created a new tradition at NAMS3 that will be tough to beat. (But I said that about NAMS2 as well...) Rafael Sanchez had never sold anything online. And the chances of him selling anything during the NAMS3 sales contest were very slim. After all, he had a few obstacles in front of him:
- He didn't have a list of any sort
- He had no experience selling any products online
- He's from Venezuela
- All his friends and contacts were in Venezuela
- Venezuela does not allow citizens to purchase U.S. products over the internet with credit cards
- Venezuela doesn't allow the use of PayPal
- Our product created on Saturday morning used PayPal as the e-commerce gateway
But that didn't deter him.
Rafael has a casting company in Venezuela. He's in the movie business. The economy had taken a toll on that business and he wanted - okay, he needed - to make a change. He needed to create a broader base of income.
Only a few days before NAMS3, he decided to try the Niche Affiliate Marketing System.

- Prototype - make a clear picture of the solution. Draw on a napkin, build a model, talk to a focus group...whatever it takes to confirm the idea
has merit. Inventors understand the value in creating a working prototype before investing heavily in a solution that no one really wants.
- Test - once the idea is confirmed in your prototype phase, test it on a small scale. NAMS is continually in test. NAMS1 was essentially a big test - do people want a hands-on solution for creating multiple streams of niche income? The pre-workshop training for NAMS 1 and 2 helped educate and prepare the attendees, but more importantly, it confirmed our structure and curriculum was valid.
- Execute - Once the test is complete, make the commitment, dump the idea or go back to the prototype and fix it. Execution costs money - whether it's in building software, spending months writing a novel, or building a website. The steps up to this point are specifically designed to help you reduce risk and save resources keeping as much money in your pocket as possible.
- Feedback - the secret sauce, feedback is the second part of the dialog with the customer. Without feedback, you have no way of knowing whether users, members or buyers will take that leap of faith with you. My Twitter Toolbox was designed with this process exactly and we'll look at that in the intermediate sessions.
- Improve - feet, don't fail us now...this is where the rubber meets the road. If you listened to your customer feedback, you'll implement the changes required to make your product (whether your product is the service you provide as an affiliate or as a product developer) much more valuable to your buyers and prospects.
- Dream - again. One dream leads to another. Successful entrepreneurs have a short attention span. They know when to quit and when to move to the next thing. When it's working and you're making money, think about the ideas that the success generates. Think about Apple computer. Did they stop with the MAC or did they EXTEND the technology into something completely different like the iPod? And the iPod revolutionized music...and cell phones with the iPhone. More dreams. More success.
How will the NAMS4 Workshop be different?
The problem with Internet Marketing seminars today is that the focus is in the wrong place.

That's why we've coerced the hotel to give us 3 rooms. Each group will focus on these different levels of business expertise:
Room 1 - The Big Room (120 students) beginner level will focus on learning to sell affiliate products

Giving students the best opportunity to learn and network with like-minded people is the number one goal of NAMS. We learned at NAMS3 that the Beginners' Group is too big.
The close and intimate feeling of the small classroom wasn't optimal. Students weren't able to meet and know everyone in their group. We take pride in making sure that we cater to each student's needs.
So we're adding a fourth room - can you believe it?! That means more instructors, more equipment, more opportunity for students. But the learning will be more specific too. Basically, we're breaking up the Beginners group into two groups:
Beginners-1 and Beginners-2.
- Beginners-1 will be for total newbies. No experience at all is required with this group. One man told me at the last NAMS that he was truly excited because he finally understood Facebook and Twitter...and now had accounts. Beginners-1 group does not have a blog or a website of any kind.
- Beginners-2 is a group of students that may have websites or blogs, but is not making any money. They understand some of the concepts - so they are not considered complete beginners.

Room 2 - Breakout 1 (limited to 35 students) intermediate level will focus on creating their own products
Room 3 - Breakout 2 (limited to 25 students) advanced level focus is on building sustainable businesses
Where do you fit?
The prerequisites for each group are simple. We'll adhere to these requirements strictly because nothing is worse than giving instruction that is over someone's head. It's bad for the individual and really bad for the rest of the group who will rightly become very irritated waiting for someone who shouldn't be in that group.
Beginners: Learning Marketing
Prerequisite: You may or may not have websites already. But sales are few and far apart. This is the group to get you up and running with basic web skills and, more importantly, basic marketing skills. Sales is the determining factor. If you're not making regular sales, this is your group.
Beginners often find themselves pushing a big rock up a huge hill that seems insurmountable. In reality, they just require more instruction at a very basic level to get the ball rolling until the momentum carries them to the next level.
A hand-picked crew of nearly a dozen helpers will be in the room throughout the weekend to help you with all things technical. You may even find helpers sitting with you as you create your sales funnel and walking you through the process each step of the way.
The Niche Affiliate Marketing System will arm each of the beginners with everything needed to sell products in their selected niches. Students will learn how to drive traffic using dozens of techniques including free blogs, social marketing sites, article marketing, content re-purposing, teleseminars and many other everyday techniques based on creating top-notch content such as articles and reports.
The goal for these students is to make a sale during the workshop and to create a set-it-and-forget-it traffic system so they can move to the next product in their niche after this one becomes profitable.
Intermediates: Creating Product
Prerequisite: Students are making affiliate sales regularly, but less than $5,000 per month, and now want to build products to sell as well - students accepted in this group will be interviewed by questionnaire to ensure this is the right group for them.
Products come in all forms. As an affiliate marketer, it's important that your products supplement and enhance the affiliate products you're trying to promote. So, for example, you may need to turn your articles into a report. Products can be content, software or services.
Creating your own products is an important next step in becoming an online marketer. There are many ways to create products and these students will not only explore those ways, but during this weekend they will focus on creating these products and actually bringing them to market in this three day period.
Remember, your products may be original products or "products" you've learned to create at the workshop to promote affiliate products.
All of the instructors will work with you to help you create those products as fast as possible.
Advanced: Building Businesses
Prerequisite: Students are probably full-time marketers making more than $5,000 per month and who are on the verge of building a big business. In fact, they may be making a very good living, but working much too hard to drive daily income.
The focus of this group is to build sustainable businesses that run on autopilot while creating larger assets and taking their business to the next level. The business becomes a self-perpetuating entity building with value independent from the owner. Students must complete the questionnaire to be accepted in this group.
Learning from those instructors who have created sustainable businesses is the key. Topics will be about systems and hands off revenue generation.
This is business nirvana. And we've got the instructors who will walk you through the processes and work with you individually to evaluate your business and your momentum.
In addition, you'll create a presentation to enhance joint venture partners inside and outside of all rooms to take with you to build an army sales people.

Each day, beginners, intermediates, and advanced students will come together for a one-hour motivational / mindset discussion to prepare for an intense day of detailed instruction. At the end of the day, we'll come together again for daily feedback and discussion of lessons learned.

After the early morning presentation, 35 intermediate students and 25 advanced students will move to their rooms where they will begin the process of taking their businesses to the next level.
Before the workshop begins, you'll tell us about your niche interests and goals by completing a post-signup survey. Based on the survey results, we'll assign you to a niche group. and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, Repeatable.com
and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate
relief in any state or federal court in the State of Alabama,
and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such
courts.
Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we
agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually
agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Decatur,
Alabama. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated
with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually
satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit
the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location:
Decatur, Alabama under the rules of the American Arbitration
Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration
may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so. |
